A worn out and battered paint job.
All of the old paint and powdercoat removed.
The same bike but looking fresh and like new. Rims, forks, stem and bars all powder coated.
Powder coat ideally needs to be applied to a bare metal. Not only can we reduce the bike to its component parts so that the frame is completely free of all components but we can then acid dip whatever parts are going to be powder coated.
If its made of metal, we can powder coat it - frame, forks, handlebars, stem, crank arms, pedals, seat stem, spokes... any metal part of your bike.
Powder coat colours come in a huge number of colours, finishes and textures. We have access to all of the colours / finishes and work with a supplier who will supply smaller amounts so we don't have to buy in 25kg at a time. This means we can operate at lower costs because we don't have to pay for and store large amounts of one off colours.
A fairly unexciting trailer wheel.
Hub Spokes and Rim powdercoated to produce an eye catching trailer.
Prices are dependant on the work involved - do you need the bike stripped - will you just be providing us with the part to powder coat - does it need to be acid stripped - is it a small part but an unusual colour - there is no obligation to have the work done but we can give you a price and you are the one to decide if it will happen - we will not chase you once we have given you a price!
